ABOUT US

Grassroots Church Planting

Go Give Hope believes that every national believer has a role to play in world evangelism; they can be very effective in communicating the gospel to the people of their language group. Their mobility and accessibility to different villages is not always available to outsiders. This is a very cost effective and sustainable approach.

Since 2002 we have been identifying national believers who are willing and able to cover hundreds of miles to take the gospel where Christ is not known; providing basic on-the-job training, emphasizing the importance of the Scripture and the ability of God's word to transform lives, alone with evangelism and church planting skills from the II Timothy 2:2 principle. "And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also".

As a result of this grassroots approach, hundreds of nationals have been training and sent out. Therefore many areas have been covered with the gospel of Jesus Christ and thousands of people have been saved and hundred of churches planted.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Scripture

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, and only infallible, authoritative word of God revealing the Love of God to the World.  1 Thess 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15—17; John 3:16

The Triune God

  1. We believe the there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.   Matt 28:19; John 10:30 Ephesians 4:4—6

Deity of Christ

  1. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through his shed blood on the cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.  Matt 1:23; John 1:1—4; 1:29; Acts 1:11; 2;22; Rom 8:34; 1 Cor 15:3—4; 2nd Cor 5:21; Phil 2:15—11; Heb 1:1—4; 4:15

Salvation

  1. We believe that all men everywhere are lost and face the Judgment of God, that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation and that for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ results in regeneration by God the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God will reward the righteous with eternal life in heaven, and that He will banish the unrighteous to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire.  Luke 24:46—47; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Rom 3:23; 2nd Cor 5:10—11; Eph 1:7; 2:8—9; Titus 3:4—7

Work of God the Holy Spirit

We believe in the present ministry of God the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables the believers of Christ to live a Godly life.  John 3:5—8; Acts 1:8—31; Rom 8:9.

Things to Come

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the save unto the resurrection of eternal life and the lost unto the resurrection of condemnation and eternal punishment. 1st Cor 15:51—57; Rev 20:11—15

Missions

We believe that sharing and proclaiming the message of Salvation is only possible by Grace through Faith in Jesus Christ and helping followers of Christ grow up into maturity in Christ is a responsibility of all followers of Jesus Christ. Matt 28:18—20; Acts 1:8; Rom 10:9—15; 1st Peter 3:15

The Triune God

We believe in the Spiritual unity of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and that all the true believers are members of His body, the one universal church of which Christ is the head.

  • We value working together with like minded churches and individuals to see the Great Commission fulfilled.
